ACMC Planning Timeline

  • 12+ months out: decide to run ACMC in discussion with ACMA Committee

  • previous year ACMC (hopefully) - announce location and timing of next year ACMC

  • 6-8 months out: gather a conference committee, organise conference website (or a placeholder), confirm venues and timing, organise reviewing system (e.g., EasyChair)

  • 6 months out: first Call for Participation released!

  • 3 months out: deadline for submission

  • 6 weeks out: announce selections, invite participants, registration opens

  • etc
